Join us on a 2-day Zagora Desert tour from Marrakech. To start, we’ll depart at 8:00 am and drive through the stunning High Atlas Mountains. Subsequently, we will reach the Tizi-N-Tichka pass, where you’ll enjoy amazing views. We will visit the famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Then, we will continue our journey through the lush Draa Valley to Zagora.
Moreover, you will enjoy a camel ride to a desert camp, where you can watch a beautiful sunset. In addition to that, savor a traditional dinner under the stars accompanied by local music. On the second day, wake up early to see the sunrise over the Zagora dunes. After breakfast, take another camel ride back to your driver. Next, we will head to Ouarzazate for lunch.
Afterward, you will visit the famous Kasbah of Taourirt before returning to Marrakech via the High Atlas Mountains. Consequently, we will arrive back in Marrakech around 6 pm, where you will be dropped off at your accommodation. Our 1-day Zagora Desert Tour From Marrakech begins at 8:00 am with a drive through the spectacular High Atlas Mountains, reaching the Tizi-N-Tichka pass at 2260 meters (7415 feet) for breathtaking views. Next, we'll visit the Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, Morocco's largest UNESCO World Heritage site, to explore the historic Ksar. The journey continues through the Draa Valley, the largest oasis in Morocco, before arriving in Zagora. Upon arrival, you'll embark on a camel ride to a desert camp. There, witness a stunning sunset and enjoy a traditional dinner under the stars accompanied by local music.
Awake early to the sight of the sun rising over the small dunes of the Zagora desert. After a typical breakfast at the Bivouac, take a camel ride back to meet your driver. We will then depart for Marrakech. Enjoy some free time in Ouarzazate for lunch at a local restaurant and a visit to the famous Kasbah of Taourirt. In the afternoon, our driver will take us back to Marrakech via the High Atlas Mountains, concluding our 2-day Sahara desert tour from Marrakech.
