Terms & Conditions

We look forward to the opportunity to act as your tour and travel agent for your tours and travel needs. This agreement outlines your legal rights and obligations as a customer when you purchase tour and travel-related services through our “benmoroccotours.com” web site. Herein, the terms “we,” “us,” “our,” and “BMT” refer to BEN MOROCCO TOURS, while the term “you” refers to the customer visiting our website, booking a reservation with us, or using our services in any other manner.

Payment Policy:

To secure your booking, please inform your travel consultant as soon as possible. BMT requires a fixed deposit of at least 25% for each tour. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, no deposits are required at the time of booking; payments can be made up to 7 days prior to arrival.

Amendments by the Client:

Your request for changes and amendments to booking should be sent to the BEN MOROCCO TOURS Customer Care Team, who will handle it for you. BMT will not charge a fee when amending or changing the date of an existing booking, if the request is made to the BMT Customer Care more than fourteen (14) days before the intended travel date. If the request is made between fourteen (14) and seven (7) days before the confirmed travel date, BMT will attempt to fulfill it, provided that it is accepted by third parties; however, any changes made less than seven days from the original travel date may be subject to an extra fee. Any other alterations in dates or amendments are subject to availability with our suppliers and/or service providers; BMT cannot guarantee the success of any change request.

Cancellation

Cancellation fees may be applied for cancelling a confirmed booking with BMT, as outlined below. You will be notified via email or phone of the total cancellation fee when you cancel your booking. If you cancel more than 31 days prior to your arrival date, 5% of the deposit paid will be charged for transaction and bank fees. After this date, the following scale of charges will apply, Between 30 and 21 days before your arrival date: 25% cancellation fee. Between 20 and 15 days before your arrival date: 50% cancellation fee. Between 14 and 8 days before your arrival date: 75% cancellation fee. Within 7 days of your arrival date: 100% of the entire due amount will be charged. No refunds are possible if you don‘t show up and/or after starting the tour.

The cancellation of Flight, Boat, and Train tickets are subject to the rules and policies of the respective airlines, trains, and ferries. The cancellation fee will be stated upon cancelling.

Refund Policy:

We will issue a refund for all reservations that have been confirmed and are canceled at least 31 days before the scheduled arrival date. A 5% transaction and bank fee will be deducted from the deposit that has been paid.

Accommodation:

Packages with accommodation are based as a default on two persons sharing a double room. For Single Occupancy Rooms, a single supplement is applied. Hotels in the itineraries are listed as an indication of quality and rooms may be reserved at a similar hotel category.

Special Requests:

Any special requests or preferences must be indicated to the Travel Consultant managing the reservation at the time of booking. We will do whatever we can to accommodate the requests. BMT cannot guarantee the satisfaction of any special requests not included in the contract, nor can we be held responsible if those requests are not met.

Children Policy:

00-05: Free of charge

0611: Up to 60% discount, depending on the tour.

12+: Considered as an adult.

 

Tipping:

Tipping is a voluntary expression of appreciation on the part of the customer. It is a way of recognizing good service. Please remember that those who offer service often rely on tips for income and are usually grateful for any tips they receive, particularly when the service was prompt and satisfactory.

Our Responsibility:

Ben Morocco Tours (BMT) acts as a “Tour Booking Agent” or intermediary for certain products and services not directly provided by us (e.g., air carriage and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, etc.). BMT will not be liable for any wrongful or negligent acts, omissions, or failure to act of any suppliers, such as those of overland, air and water transportation, sightseeing excursions, cruise/hotel accommodation, or any third party not owned or operated by BMT. By using travel services from these suppliers, you agree that you or anyone travelling with you shall look to such suppliers for any accidents, injuries, property damage, or personal loss, and that neither BMT nor any representative of BMT shall be held responsible. Without limitation, BMT does not accept any liability for injuries, losses, or damages to persons or property, death, delays, or inconveniences relating to the provision or lack of provision of goods or services resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God or force majeure, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities, overbooking or downgrading of accommodation, mechanical or other failure of aircraft or other means of transport, failure of a transport mechanism to arrive/depart on time, sanitation problems, lack of medical care, or any other causes beyond the direct control of BMT. Similarly, BMT is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen due to your negligence.

Acceptance of the Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the unique and entire contract between the Customer/Traveler and BMT. By confirming your tour and paying the deposit or the total payment, you confirm that you did read and accepted all terms and conditions of your tour booking and agree to abide by them.
